Our fleet and commercial work runs on custom service plans that minimize downtime. A plan is where the practical questions get settled before a vehicle is damaged: which vehicles, which kinds of repair, how to schedule so the whole fleet is not in the shop at once, and who at your company approves an estimate.
Every business runs differently, so there is no standard package. A landscaper with a few trucks, a delivery business with vans on tight routes and a trades company with pickups need different things, and we would rather ask than assume.
Our estimates are free with no obligation, and insurance paperwork is handled alongside the repair. We work with all insurance companies and deal with the adjuster directly, and if the company would rather pay for a repair itself, self-pay jobs come with upfront pricing.
